Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Missy J's Carob Chips. (original or unsweetened)
  • 1 1/2 cup Mini Gluten-Free pretzels
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pistachios
  • 1/4 cup Freeze-Dried Raspberries (lightly crushed)

Instructions
 

  • Line a tray with parchment paper and arrange your mini pretzels in a single layer, spaced apart

Melt the carob chips

  • In a double boiler or microwave (in 20-second bursts), gently melt the carob chips until smooth. Stir frequently to avoid overheating.

Drip and fill:

  • Use a spoon or piping bag to drizzle melted carob into the open crevices of each pretzel. Fill just enough to hold the toppings.

Sprinkle with flavor:

  • While the carob is still melty, sprinkle crushed pistachios and freeze-dried raspberries generously over each pretzel.
