Ingredients:
• 1 cup hibiscus tea (strongly brewed) or 1 cup water mixed with 1 scoop sugar-free electrolyte powder (flavored or unflavored)
• 3 tbsp grass-fed gelatin
• 2-3 tbsp allulose (adjust to taste)
• 1/2 tsp lemon juice (for a little tang)
• Optional: 1/4 tsp vanilla extract for extra flavor
• Optional: A few drops of liquid stevia or monk fruit for added sweetness
Instructions:
1. Brew the hibiscus tea (if using) and let it steep until deep red. If using electrolyte powder, mix it into warm water until fully dissolved.
2. Sweeten the liquid by stirring in allulose while it’s still warm. Add lemon juice and vanilla extract (if using).
3. Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over the warm liquid. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes until it absorbs moisture and looks gel-like.
4. Gently heat the mixture over low heat, whisking constantly, until the gelatin fully dissolves (don’t let it boil).
5. Pour into heart-shaped silicone molds and let it set in the fridge for at least 30-60 minutes.
6. Pop out & enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
💡 Tips:
✔ If you like a firmer gummy, add an extra tablespoon of gelatin.
✔ Try adding a bit of electrolyte powder to hibiscus tea for a fun twist!
✔ Add Allulose to add a littel sweetness!
✔ Want a fizzy effect? Use carbonated water instead of regular water (heat gently so it doesn’t go flat).
